Upon a dark and blood-filled hour, humanity’s doom will rise to power.

Werewolves are real. They haunt the woods of North America, feeding on the bodies of humans stupid enough to blunder across their paths. Once rogue and uncoordinated, the rise of their goddess Alsvinth has brought them all together, with one goal: destroy as much of the species as necessary to enslave them within meat farms, to feed the werewolf army taking over the world.

Olivia, a werewolf from western Canada, and her brother Charlie set out to kill the goddess and save humanity. But can the werewolf and human destroy the goddess’s power, or will she prevail and turn the planet into a wasteland?

One Response to Blood Moon (by Holly Hunt)

    A Unique Story!

What if people found out that there were supernaturals and decided they didn’t want them around. Even though most of them are normal, other than that “special ability”. But those normal ones, who live everyday lives, turn crazy when a goddess is awakened and wrecks havoc. The Goddess, Alsvinth, wants to rule the world, and she wants her werewolf children to rule it with her. She’s pretty crazy, and she seems to enjoy the slaughter of innocents! She also has some crazy powers, you know like, necromancy, and mind control, and she is extremely generous in using these powers.

Enter Olivia and Charlie. Except that when Olivia tries to stand against the Goddess, Charlie loses his humanity to the werewolf and now they all must run, try to find a way to fix all of this. And after some tragic occurrences, things get even more serious. It’s now or never to take down the goddess or lose all their lives. And I’m not sure they were at all prepared to do what needed to be done.

It’s a unique and interesting story. I enjoyed the storyline and the plot twists. I do have a few questions I would have liked answered but for the most part, things wrapped up and it was a fun read. I would like to maybe see more, and maybe see if some of my little nagging questions were answered. 4 PAWS! ~ Maghon Thomas, Amazon Review
